What's up with my body?

So, im now on CD 11, and just got a positive OPK test this morning. Every one ive taken since FMU jas been negative. Does this mean I geared up to O, and then didnt? Ive also been getting super nauseous every time I eat, and im super constipated. Neither of these is normal for me at this stage in my cycle. I had what seemed to be a normal flow period but it only lasted 4 days rather than my normal 6 or 7. Is there any chance that I released two eggs last cycle, one was fertilized and the other passed through as a short period? I doubt that is what happened, bit my body is "acting" a lot different than it normally does.
