Question

I'm having a really hard time being pregnant. And I'm only 7 weeks.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. And miserable. I feel like a totally different person. I feel like I have the flu and I know it's not going away any time soon. I'm crying a lot every day and I just don't feel good. I can't take the thought of this getting worse for 7 more months. I have no good reason to feel like this. I have a great partner and family and I just feel depressed and anxious I don't know what to do. Anyone else feel like this? I am grateful to be able to have a child and I am excited to have my baby but I hate being pregnant. I have never felt so horrible in my entire life.

Hi, 7 weeks is early, alot of the worst pregnancy symptoms happen in the first 12 weeks, after the 12 weeks hopefully you will feel alot better, if you are feeling down and anxious you should talk to your gp, i suffered with extreme anxiety in my 2nd pregnancy and the doctors were able to give me medication that was safe to take during pregnancy and it really helped me. I really hope you feel better soon.

Probably not the best site to complain about being pregnant and how much u hate it...some of us would give our left arm to feel what ur feeling. Have a little compassion.

When I was pregnant, I was awfully sick (went to hospital just to get fluids as I was vomiting so much)..but after having my son, I felt it was all worth it...I would definitely go to the GP...as they can definitely help..

Try and eat protein if you can, as hopefully this will make you feel physically better and hopefully help you mentally too..

Remember, you are truly blessed and Congratulations :)

Ur on a TTC site saying "I hate being pregnant" and ur not complaining? Did u ever think how that makes those who are STILL trying to conceive feel when we have to read about someone who hates being pregnant?! Im sorry if ur feeling sad, but like u said, u tried for a long time, and u got ur wish, dont throw it in our faces becuz its not everything u thought it would be. If u wanna complain (becuz yes, thats what ur doing) then go over to countdownmypregnancy and tell the PREGNANT women how much u hate being pregnant...they can relate and probably wont be as bothered by it.

Vote this unhelpful all u want, I'm only saying what everyone else wont.

This is the EARLY PREGNANCY SECTION. If you're on this question it's to help me with early pregnancy. I hope you all conceive of course I do. But I promise you if women tell you it is all rainbows and butterflies they're lying. I hope people don't treat you like this when you're feeling sad and miserable and pregnant.

Hi hun. I am 7w2d also. I have been feeling very nauseous and am very moody to my husband, but I love being pregnant with no:2 and am soooo happy and blessed. If you are feeling yuck this is a good sign.
I think you may feel better 2nd trimester but some people just don't like being pregnant. maybe try talking to someone, your Mum or sister or a friend who has been through preg.
Good Luck hope you feel better :-)

You don't need a specific reason to suffer from depression..if you are not feeling better, please go to your doctor...you should not have to feel this way.. really hope you are feeling better...sending you a warm hug
