Having normal period symptoms (gas, cramping, etc) at 11dpo, should Irule out pregnancy this month?

I am 30 yrs old with pcos, ttc for 3 yrs,made sure to bd during window and used presseed. DS is 6 years old.

I think period signs sound identical to pregnancy, you never know :) x
