Could it be positive?

3rd day no period n I took a test second pee not enough so I added water n it came out faint positive is it accurate? I added water thinking nothing would so has anyone done this ?

I wouldn't trust that. Best to take a test first thing in the morning.

Took 4 more tests all positive took fr bright pos line n got pregnant on a clear blue digital went to a walk in clinic pregnancy confirmed I am 5 weeks :)
