I am two/three days late for my period. I have lower back pains, mild cramps. Gas heartburn.. HELP

Hi everyone. I have not gotten my period and I am now three days late. I have mild dull cramps, lower back pains, bloating, gas, had constipation for a bit, leg cramps, and hungry ALOT even if I just ate. I am not on birth control and had intercourse multiple times around the time I circulated. I took a test today at 2 days late and still negative. Any of this sound familiar to anyone's pregnancies?

My sis always said she knew she was pregnant because of heartburn. I don't think that is a symptom ou can make up in ur head. Have you tested yet?

may be your ovulation and hence conception is late , dats why not giving positive yet. wait few more days to test.gud luck!!!!!!!!

Yes mssassy713 i tested yesterday but not first thing in morning. I think I'm gonna wait and try again tomorrow and use my first morning pee see if that helps

I am also in same boat ktliee, having back pain, tender breasts and today I got -ve HPT with FMU (always 28 days regular cycle).. May be good sign for both of us.. Some one told me that it could be less HCG or diluted by drinking too much water.. So now I will wait 3 more days and than check again.. Good Luck to you and all... :) keep update :)

It was still negative with FMU, so confused! Still no period though
