Question

Cramps continuing the days after ovulation?

I just O'ed about 2 days ago according to my temps and OPK tests. I had some ovary pain/cramping a few days leading up to ovulation, which happened last month as well.

Now I am 2 DPO and I am still having weird cramps and pains in my lower abdomen. Has anyone experienced this? Did you find out what was causing the pain?

I have only been off the pill for a couple of months, so I'm just not sure what is normal.

Could it be early signs of pregnancy? Or possibly cysts?

I had the same thing. I've been off the pill two months. It finally lessened today at 5dpo, but still hurts a bit. Don't know what caused it. I have endometriosis, which is why I assumed I hurt so bad, but I have had cysts in the past. I'm sure either could have contributed to the prolonged pain, but it could be a sign a pregnancy too, or just excess hormones from regulating after coming off the pill. Guess I'll see in a week or two:)

Thanks for your feedback! It's so hard to know what's going on when I've been on birth control for 13 years! I'm just getting to know my body now. But I hope it is a sign of pregnancy! Good luck to you - I guess we'll both find out in a week or two!
