please help

hi i had the coil in for 2 weeks had to get that taken out due to complication was on the pill cerazette for 1 month had a period when i started that pill and then hubby wanted another baby so decided to stop. took 2 tests last week which were neg prob to early but just dont feel like coming on or will it take a while for period to return .
