Question

Taking B6 Vitamins to correct a luteal phase defect?

After charting for one cycle after stopping the birth control pill, I discovered my luteal phase was only 9 days long. I have read that taking B6 vitamins can help correct or lengthen a short luteal phase. I also have PCOS, which I suspect could be causing some problems for me.

Has anyone ever taken B6 to help lengthen a short luteal phase? Did it work?
