HELP! bfp then bfn 2 days later,no bleeding or any sign of AF?

I got a thin line + at 13 dpo but a - at 14-15 dpo. No cramping or bleeding and no sign of AF, (TMI sorry) my boobs hurt more now, I stay sick feeling and tired. I can't sleep at night, bloated and the little bump things around my boobs are really showing themselves. what should I do?
