Was it IB or really short preiod?

Hi Ladies,
At about 12 or 13 days DPO (10 days ago) I had a bleed. It was bright red, enough to fill a panty liner (sorry TMI). It lasted for a day and a bit then the third day was just a few spots of dark brown and a shiny red discharge, just once when I wiped. It was around the time I was expecting my period but mine usually last 6 - 7 days and are quite heavy, I have never had such a short bleed. It was not as heavy as usual but not just a few spots either. I'm just wondering if anyone had IB like this or if you think it was just a really short period? I have been very tired lately and have lower back pain. My breasts are a little tingly and there seems to be a dark ring around my nipples, I've also been a little dizzy. Apart from that I feel fine. If anyone has had a similar experience it would be really helpful to hear your story and what the outcome was. Thanks for your help.
