Gender ultrasounds are usually done around 20 weeks, as far as I know.

My friend got hers at 14 weeks exactly and my other one got it at 15 almost 16 weeks. Each doctor is different.

Depends on the quality of the ultrasound machine. Usually at 18-20 weeks but I know of people finding out at 12-16weeks

Here, they do gender ultrasounds (non diagnostic scans, purely to find out the sex of the baby) from 16 weeks, and they refuse to do it earlier. You can always take a guess for fun. But normally you would find out between 18-22 weeks at the morphology scan.
