Confused by EWCM, any insight you can share?

My baby died at 10 weeks and I had to have a D&C a month ago. At my post-op appointment 2 weeks ago, my OB said she believed I was ovulating or was just about to ovulate based upon her exam, cervical position, EWCM (not based on blood tests or ultrasounds) and she anticipated that AF would arrive tomorrow or so. Today, I have EWCM again. Do you think I should still expect to see AF any day now or that maybe I just geared up to ovulate then but didn't so my body is trying again or just chalk it up to my body being all wonky now?

I know I'm not pregnant, we haven't even had sex since the procedure, but I need to schedule a saline sonogram for sometime between cycle day 5 and 12 to make sure there is no uterine scarring or left over fetal tissue. Which is why I'm trying to figure out when AF will appear.
