Question

No pain after IUI? :(

I had my first IUI yesterday morning and I had pretty bad cramps all day yesterday, but I liked it because I felt like maybe something was working. The cramps stopped around 10:30 and I woke up feeling fine. Should I be concerned? All the success stories that I've read, the girls have mentioned being sore for days. :(

The cramping is from the cervix (it doesn't really like being shoved around by that catheter) or from the uterus (sometimes it can be irritated by the little bit of fluid they use to deliver the sperm) or from the ovaries recovering from ovulation. Having or not having cramps isn't a sign of success either way. Good luck!
