Hello I am 1DPO and I have been cramping all week is this normal? I am worried its my cycle again. Last was on 7/26.

It could be ovulation cramps or AF on her way. It's hard to tell. Do you usually get cramps this early before AF? If not, I would guess ovulation cramps.
