i was diagnosed with pocs 2 years ago i have lost some of my weight and have being taking angus cactus i had a scan 2 months ago and i was waitng for them to say had really bad cysts like last time and the person doing the scan couldnt find one cyst its hard work but worth it in the long run ive lost over 2stone

I was diagnosed with PCOS when i was 17, never taken anything like metformin or clomid as im lucky in a sense as i have a period every 38 days and according to my opks i ovulate every month too, but metformin will not shrink your cycts its used to help regulate menstrual cycles, start ovulation, and lower the risk of miscarriage in women with PCOS. The best thing you can do is if you have any excess weight that you can shift then do so, it helped with my pains and helped with periods, take evening primrose oil and star floewr capsules daily asell as they help to balance and maintain your hormones. And there are plenty of diets (not weightloss) that can help with your symptoms. Unfortunatley for me i have only ever had 1 pregnancy which ended in mc xmas day last yr, but ive had 2 long term partners and its never happend for me, but that doesnt mean anything and each person is different.
