Question

How long after positive OPK should you ovulate?

Also, how long after ovulation should an OPK become negative? This is my first month using OPKs and I am trying to put my head around it all! Thank you!

Usually 12-36hrs but you should BD for the next 3 days if you can, the best chance of conception is the day before ovulation.

U should attempt to ovulate after approx. 12-48hrs and sometimes as late as 72hrs. An opk going neg varies per person and per cycle. I've had positive to negative in less than 10hrs, and I've had positive to negative in 8 days. Once u get a positive, save ur tests/money (and sanity) and stop testing...the first one is the only one u should care about. Good luck! =))
