Question

..continuation of my previous question..

And the kid left alone crying and no joke, i starred to cry..just got very emotional at how a mother can do that to a child who is so innocent that they probably haven't even got a clue why they r being yelled at. Now my question is am I being emotionl due to my hormones or am I right to think that that's just not on and cruel. Leaving a 2 year old.in the cold in a nappy and yelling at maybe at a 3 year old words that I can't even use to yell at my husband let alone a child. People are struggling to get pregnant and be mummies and here we are mummies but can't even treat the beautiful angels right. I am very upset :(. I have a 5 year old and I could never imagine in a million years treating her like that..never. Thoughts?

You're not over reacting that is a disgusting excuse of a women treating children like that! It's bloody shocking!

I think it's natural to feel that way. I wouldve tore that woman a new one about 5x over then called child services. At no time should a child of that age ever be left alone, esp not outside in nothing more than a diaper. I wouldve lost it on her, thats just me tho. But no, I dont think thats pregnancy hormones making u feel that way, u just care about other human beings, nothing wrong with that!!

Thank you ladies cause I was so close to calling child services too! But then I thought what if I make things worse for the little ones..i don't know and for some reason these things are happening right in front of me. I just don't get how a mother can treat her little one that way..its unimaginable to me!

U know what, u totally should next time. She may just be the type of woman who needs a kick in the ass to smarten up. She may treat those kids better once she knows she's under a microscope. Look at what she does in public...God only knows what they get behind closed doors. Some ppl are so rotten, its sad!!

It's scary and overwhelming, but I think you need to intervene. Just approch the mother first (safely at a distance, maybe get a kind neighbor to go with you)? If she doesn't improve then get social services invovled. She is obviously and abusive bully who doesn't deserve to have children if she can't treat them the way vulnerable human beings need to be treated. God bless those kids and your efforts. Keep us posted!

by the way, you may not make things worse for the children by calling because if they investigate it she will at least be aware that she might be doing something wrong. she may even be held accountable for her actions. I worked in child welfare. its important to call no matter what because the number of calls on a person is a big red flag in whether they decide to intervene.

you need to get this woman checked out immediately, her children are so young and they are taking all of this in, who knows what this stupid woman's actions are doing to them. What you witnessed only outside could well be a lot worse when she is alone inside with them. I say it is better safe than sorry, do what you have to and be proud of the fact that you are nothing like that so called mother x x
