Am I over-reacting?
Okay ladies this doesn't have to specifically do with pregnancy, although yes I am pregnant but I think I need a reality check as I could be over reacting! Last week I was working from home (I own my own business) I heard a child cry..looked out the window and there's a 2 year old standing outside the building in a nappy only crying his lungs out and freezing..kikr a crazy woman I rushed out in my shirts and vest and big bunny sleepers to his rescue. Almost got there and saw a woman open the door of that building..the kid tries to go back in the woman kept pushing him out! I realised that that's provably the mum punishing him so I just stood there looking all angry and upset as to how she could do that to a 2 year old! She saw me looking at her which made her take the child back in. And today I hear a woman shouting outside..i look out and there's a lady shouting at another maybe 3 year old..screaming the f word at them..locking the door behind her leaving the kid inside and driving of

you can always call child protection and they may or may not investigate the situation. if you saw her leave the child alone, that's definitely cause to investigate! children are vulnerable, cannot self protect, and need people to look out for them, even if those people are not their parents.
