Chemical Pregnancy and BBTs?

Hi all. I do believe I had my first chemical pregnancy. I was 5 days late and getting faint pos on different tests and brands. Since coming off BCP I have had 32 day cycles. CD 37 HPT was darker then the day before but still very faint. That afternoon I started with very bad cramping and then AF arrived very heavy. I have been taking BBT and on CD 1 when AF arrived temp was still up in the 97's. Now af is almost gone (just spotting on CD4) and BBT just dropped back to pre-ov temps. Does this mean progesterone is back to pre-ov levels? Has anyone had this happen to them?
