Vitex/Chasteberry and EPO

So basically I have PCOS and not enough money for doctor fertility treatments. I did what any other woman in the Google era would do and I started doing my research and the success stories outweighed the bad for a vitex/epo combo.

July 27, 2013 was when I first started taking 1000mg vitex plus 3000mg epo and a complete mulitvitamin. The very next day I get my period which I don't put it on the vitamins since that is way too early lol. I know I need to combine it with water and daily exercise. The water I can handle but the exercises not so much. I've had a small energy boost from the b12 but not enough for me to do crazy intense cardio that I need to be doing seeing as I'm about 60-70 pounds obese.

So any good starter exercises? How much walking or sit ups or something. Also been trying to eat healthier and cut portions down by a lot. I know there's no such thing as immediate results so.

The best exercise you can be doing outside of the gym to burn off that weight is to walk. Literally walk your butt off. At the same time, eliminate pasta and bread, cut way back on cheese, add in lowfat dairy like yogurt, and eat tons of veggies- salads, roasted aparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, whatever... Make your own salad dressings, though, don't eat that crap in a bottle full of chemicals and fat. Olive oil, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper- perfect. Don't eat cereal, ice cream, candy, nothing sweet like that. Fruit only.

In the past 5 weeks, I've been doing this and I've lost 14 lbs. Last night for dinner I baked plain sweet potatoes, then made a little vegetarian chili on the stove, spooned that over the opened potatoes, served with a little chopped avocado and low-fat sour cream on top and it was killer and filling- no cheese. Ate a peach for desert. Then my dh and I walked for 55 mins after dinner. The weight practically falls off. Good luck!
