- urine test, light bleeding for 4mths, nothing is the same so could I still be pregnant?

My DH and I decided to stop trying so I am okay with not,I am still getting light bleeding&spotting but for instance started this morning well its still spotting, but the only complaint I've had is that I felt heavy, no cramps, little back pain but I usually deal with way more, that and my sciatic sends pains to my hips and knees that bring me to tears with pain and frustration because there usually is no sitting, standing, or lying that will ease it for too long. I am wondering if I could be 17weeks pregnant. my dh just got home from Iraq and told me I looked beautiful but he couldn't pinpoint the change, there isn't one, no makeup, no hair change, not even new clothes. I have been to the hospital several times and UTI and Bladder infection that hasn't hit full blown yet ITS BEEN 4MTHS, Bladder CANCER, uterine infection known of these things true. I have been having weird symptoms and chalked them up to things happening in my life. Now I'm wondering if I could be pregnant, Please
