BREAK THROUGH BLEEDING!?! HELP!

I have been spotting for 9 days now. Only during the day, and only sometimes. I have no cramps, my back has been hurting, negative Hpt tests, temps have remained high. Today would be 16 DPO and my period was due 7/22. I have a doctors appointment on Monday (I know...I have to wait for more days?!) but I wanted to hear what people though this could be. The spotting is mostly pink, but ranges from red, to pink to brown. My temp is still up which is why I think I could be pregnant, but I can't tell. My boobs don't hurt, which is odd because they hurt usually about a week before my period. Saturday would be the 5 week mark. What are people's thoughts?
