Well, I have pcos and my LH and FSH were okay. It is testosterone levels basically that help determine pcos. You probably aren't ovulating with higher levels of testosterone. My guess is they will put you on metformin to help the ovaries produce estrogen as they are supposed to instead of the testosterone. It depends on the doctor. Some want their patients on bc to for the regulation of hormones and move onto an ovulatory drug like clomid in conjunction with metformin. You'll have to wait and see what the RE will do. I'm also guessing the RE will order their on blood work which will probably very extensive to see where all hormone levels and determine where to go from there with you.
