Have had dark lines days now on opk 19 days into cycle, when should i start pineapple for chem preg

OK 2 days in a row I have had DARK lines on opk, I have had 2 chem pregs in a row and want to start pineapple to make this one stick, how long should I wait to start? I have heard starting too early is bad, but I don't want to wait too long either

yes, the core of the pineapple is supposed to help bean stick, bromelain or something in it.

You are supposed to start it the day after ovulation, so cd 1 until cd 5 and that's it :)
