post miscarriage ttc

had a miscarriage last month then af came very long and heavier than before now am having the pregnancy symptoms again. increased apetite, big nose and low energy levels. now I wonder what are the chances that I could fall pregnant even though I am on 9th cd and but now can't sleep also. how do you deal with things like this before a preg test and what could be happening? help anyone went through this also. this is like over a month after my mc.
