Detox is a fantastic idea! Cleaning you system before hand gives you an advantage. Your system will be a cozy, clean place for your little one :) Just be sure that there is not a possibility of pregnancy before hand.

We did it too, I guess I'll find out how much it helped me later on, but we did conceive first try. One way or another it made us feel better...My hubby's blood pressure is down, mine was normal but even lower now. So, it can only help you and your little one when you do conceive! We started a health diet for kids and us and it's best to do things like that prior to rather than during to avoid toxins being passed onto the little one. Problem is, we have to cheat once in a while ;). Good luck!
