What do you think?

I just O'ed, 1 bb is very sore, the other is mildly sore. I feel stretching down below, and I have a sore throat today. I'm so tired I slept in today. I think its to soon to tell. We have been trying for going on 2 yrs. Does this sound promiseing or not? I have pretty much given up, I don't buy hot anymore. I do keep up with O, and we continue to bd around that time. Need some advice.
