Is this a positive test

Hi ladies, my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for 8 months now.
We were getting worried so I went to my doctor and got a fertility test, the results came back that I wasn't ovulating every month, i was a total wreck :'( and lost all hope... Until last month I took a pregnancy test and it came out with the faintest positive so I took a few more but sadly ever test for the next few days started reading negative.
Then this month I wasn't going to think about it as it was getting me so down. But last night my fiancé told me to buy a test , I told him there was no point as I had slight period pains but ended up buying them anyway, I purchased a double pack of first response, and as soon as I took the test the two lines came up straight away, but the lines is a faint pink, I also took one early this morning again and the same happened again? I was wondering if you could tell me your thoughts, I just don't no what to think anymore :( xxx
