Can I get pregnant after a surgical abortion?

I had an abortion 10 months ago and it was the worst decision I made in my life. I have a regular 31 day cycle and I ovulate normally. I had no complications with or after the abortion but it just seems like I cant get pregnant anymore. Im really starting to worry maybe that I may be infertile.

A surgical abortion is basically a D&C, same as many women who miscarry have done. Many women go on to carry full term after a D&C or abortion. Unless you had complications, I don't see why you couldn't.

Yes you sure can get pregnant again & carry to full term. As long as you had no complications after the abortion. Also if you have had multiple abortions that WILL damage your uterus & can cause fertility problems.
