Hi ladies I have been testing for the last couple of days, all are positive but very faint, is that Abadan sign?

Are you using First morning urine? Pregnanct Hormone doubles every 2-3 days so wait a bit longer and test again. The line should get stronger. If you're in any doubt, arrange a blood test at your doctors, then you will know for sure
