Any luck out there?
Haven't even seen my doctor yet, but with a 19 day cycle last month and not getting the dark pos on opks, makes me think I have a luteal phase defect. I started b6( by the way, helps Pms symptoms tremendously!!) and ordered some progesterone cream. We dont plan to start ttc until September and am thankful I caught this before. I'm just wondering if there's any ladies that have used this combo and got pregnant.

I don't know about the progesterone cream but when I started having my periods postpartum, in march 2013, we started trying. I had no idea what my cycle would be (26 days exactly prepreg and conceived my dd on the first try). I ended up with a 32 day cycle and completely missed out on O. When I look at the signs, I can now tell that I probably ov around day 21 leaving me with 11 days LP.
The next month, I used opk and bbt which confirmed that I had a 32 day cycle, ov on day 21 so 11 LP. I was taking prenatal and b6
This month, I started vitex, baby aspirin and kept going with b6 and prenatals. Guess what? I ovulated on day 16 and got my bfp at 10dpo (june 20th)!
I think vitex really helped. Vitex works on your hormones to balance then. Since your're only planning on TTC in september, it could be a good alternative for you because they say it can take up to 3 months to show the real effect on you. Anyhow, this is what I did.
