Could bleeding at 8dpo be due to implantation? or did my period just return early?

I think my body is slowly returning from being periodless due to nursing my third child. He is now 20 months old. I had a very short 2 day period in April... and nothing since. I've been charting my temps since then.

I think I might have finally ovulated on day 49 of my cycle. I had a temp dip, followed by 4 days of an elevated temp. Day 7dpo I had a large temp dip, then day 8dpo the temp rose again and I started light bleeding yesterday. Today my temp dipped again and the bleeding is heavier.

Did my period just come back early post ovulation? Or maybe I never really ovualted? Or could it be implantation bleeding, though heavy? Thanks!
