Weird weird cramping. Has this happened to you?

I am 4dp5dt or 9dpo and since my embryo transfer I have had constant cramping. I was driving this afternoon and i got a twinge that felt like I got this really gentle kick from inside. Since then I've had this pulling and cramping down really low..
Just curious if anyone else had this and wether or not they were pregnant.
