What can i use to get pregnant the natural way(s)?

It's 1:08am here, where i live and i have recently been reading up on the posts, but i have yet to see anything that explains how to get pregnant the natural way, i also have been using conceiveeasy pills,but seems their not working and ive been using them since April 7th 2013. ive stopped taking them for a week then a week ago before i got my AF(june 6 2013) yet i am now as of today 5dpo....i know it may be too soon to test or wonder yet u am so ready to have another baby. so does anyone have any healthy ideals for me? i am asking if you know of any over the counter items i may use, pills and or anything else? btw im told by fertility doc ii have about 10-15% chance of getting preg, my obg/yn says i have from 10 to 20% im 35 and will be 36 in aug i have and many births and many MC, so i did a TL got my TR feb 25th 2013. please help and give advice, i want a baby like yesterday lol.
