BBT Dips... Help me please?
Okay, so I asked a similar question yesterday. seems I am haunting this website! Hehehe!
So I had 3 days of constant temps and then this morning my temp dipped again! I have no idea when i ovulate and maybe I won't this cycle? Who knows?
Maybe I did on the day I started charting which was CD16. Can you have a look at my chart and see what you think? 2 pretty big dips that are 9 days apart? Weird or normal?
Give me advice please!!!! I can't see my GP for another 5 days.

Bbt is much easier to read and understand if you chart during your whole cycle. Shifts in temp are more obvious with more data. Maybe you did miss your o day like you suggested. The only thing I have read about two dips is that your body gears up to o, then doesn't for some reason then gears up to o again. Anyway, when in doubt bd! Good luck
