Still possibility?

My husband and I just started TTC this month, and I'm not charting. I do have a period tracker on my phone where I've kept track of my cycles since December and on average my cycle is around 29-32 days.
I got a positive opk on June 3rd. My husband and I BDed on the 4th and 6th, and then again on the 8th. About a week later I was feeling a little tired and nauseous, but nothing really out of the ordinary.
Usually the week before AF I feel cramps and bloated and my boobs get achy, but not this cycle. That was weird by itself, so I tested on CD28 got a BFN on FRRR and what looked like a BFP on a $tree.
I got a blood test Tuesday (13 dpo) still before my period was due, and it came back -, hcg level 5. I felt crampy and wet yesterday (day AF was due) and thought maybe AF but all I have is heavy white discharge. My cervix is high and closed, but I'm afraid to test and get BFN after the blood test. Is there still a possibility?

If hcg doubles every 48-72 hours, and hpts don't pick up until 24-100miu/ml, when should I test? Or does it work differently from that? I'm so scared of getting a bfn! My BBs are SUPER sore now, and I'm running to the bathroom every 30 minutes it feels like so I'm really feeling pregnant.
My only question is why the achy cramp like feeling? I feel almost like AF should be here but it doesn't show any sign of coming.
