irregular periods, however this cycle unusually long

hey guys ive been ttc for 1 year now. ever since ive had my mirena out, ive had irregular periods, but this cycle is unusually long. and no signs of my period in sight, ive take a hpt, and it still shows negative, but the last one i took was negative but the test box where the negative was, was really faint.. but i understand a negative is a negative.. whats your advice??
