I had this last week just after my bfp at about 4-5 weeks. Been constipated n had to push real hard. It stopped tho and all still ok at 6 weeks. I just don't go till I literally can't hold it anymore.

I had the same thing around 5 weeks. It went away. I'm 13 weeks pregnant with twins and everything is just fine.

Thanks ladies it has reassured me I'm just so worried. Can I ask how long it lasted?x

I am currently TTC, but both my siblings have recently had healthy, perfect babies. BOTH of them had bleeding that was of a brown colour and after going to the toilet. One of my sister had this for the next few weeks and had really bad constipation in fear of going to the toilet. However my other sister had this till she was 29 weeks pregnant. Its seems very common.

As long as the blood is not bright red and fresh, I would not worry. Good Luck my lovely xxx

Could definitely be normal, it just depends on the person. I'd say if it happens again or you see any red colored blood or have cramping to call your dr ASAP and find out what the cause is.

Thanks everyone but looks like I've had my third miscarriage this morning. Bright red blood and one large clot, very sad but at least it was early. Like a late period I guess x

I had bright red vaginal bleeding (spotting) for a day or so between 5-6 weeks for my last pregnancy. I was very worried but all was fine. Good luck
