I have heard this is normal and it can take some time for AF to come back after a miscarriage.
For me personally it only took 36 days but I was really surprised because everyone was telling me that it could take several weeks.

When i had my 1st mc, my next af was like my usual cycle, 30 days after it but full of spotting on and off that month. then the next af came 35 days later aaand the next cycle af was 37 days later
My OB said sometimes it takes 3 months to get back to normal.

That is normal but have you taken a pregnancy test? My best friend had a MC in november and immediately got pregnant again and didn't even realize it. She's now 24 weeks with a boy :) Good luck!

I am sorry for your loss.After my miscarriage my AF came 46 days later but some people get it before or after.

I'm sorry for your loss! If it hasn't come back in 3 months you might want to check in with the doctor. But sometimes it can take a while to come back.

I had a MC on December 7th (I had a D&C done). AF came on Dec. 31st and has been regular ever since.
