Chance of miscarriage for all pgs is extremely high close to conception - early testing means you are more likely to notice a 'chemical pregnancy' which otherwise you would have slipped by unnoticed. Best advice is test 14/ 15 days after O... if you don't want to get your hopes up for something that was never viable. Basically, choosing to test early means your risk learning about something that probably won't take as the likelihood is actually higher of loss in those first early days. But it's so tempting to find out.... I know. Believe me, I know!! If no AF, test again. Good luck.
DE IVF = next step. Much higher success rates, but so used to things not working, it's hard to feel too hopeful. Wishing others an easier time.
