Is this a sign?

I wake each morning with a horrible sinus headache, sinus infection, upset stomach, ears fell weird, cramps, thirsty, gas, back hurt, and very tired. The symptoms seem to calm down during the day but once I lay down at night the cramping increase and I wake up felling horrible. I'm about 10 or 11 dpo. Is a sinus infection a good sign? Does it sound like I may be pregnant?
