5dpo- sore nipples and spootting... implantation?

I am 5dpo .. we had our 6th I.U.I. Therapy on 5/20/13. Obviously, since we have had 5 previous I.U.I.s, I know pretty much what to expect. Only this time, I have experienced some spotting (dark brown) and terribly sore nipples.. to the touch. I know this is too early to be impantation, but I am just totally baffled.

Has anyone else experienced this?
