Question

How long does it take to go back to "normal" after a "chemical pregnancy"?

I have had 2 "chemical pregnancies" in a row, without a period in between. I have always been exactly 28 days, almost to the hour! Even after I had an early miscarriage a few months ago. I am now CD 31. And I have no signs of AF coming. I'm getting really frustrated! I did take a hpt it was negative eminently. How long can it take to go back "to normal"?

I just had two chems in a row also. after the first one I o'ed 3 days earlier than normal. Then I started 4 days earlier than normal not 3....UGH.... I am now on CD6 and I am wondering also what this cycle has in store for me. It makes it difficult to plan out doesn't it? Hopefully we can both get back on track ASAP!! good luck!

Thanx. I have no idea what is going on. It`s so frustrating! On the pill I was 28 days and off the pill I was 28 days even after my daughter, af showed up after 8 weeks! I`m so frustrated, I have a lot of the "pregnancy" symptoms. Yet I have noticed that they are disappearing. I'm wondering if maybe I'm having another chemical pregnancy. And the I took the test after the hcg was so low all ready. I hope that this is your month!

I wish I had an answer for you.. I am in the same boat a little. I had a chemical last month although I got my period. I thought with chemicals you get your period right away? Anyways now I have no idea when yo expect AF this month... I thought I oed early which would put me at getting af in the next day or so..but I have lots of PG signs and BFNs... so hard to not know what our cycles are doing! I have been temping this month but my temps are too wacky to decipher anything. Good luck and BABY DUST!

Thanx ladies! So here is another question, I don't know if its silly or not, but can you ovulate around the same time as you normally would but skip a period in between? (I think this might be a dumb question) so if i had got af on time, it should have been here on the 20th so my fertile time would be the 30th-4th ish. (rough dates)

You count Day 1 of your bleeding as CD1...so whenever you had your first day of full bleeding- not spotting- is when you would start your Cycle. So you won't have a "period" the day you bleed is your period. HTH.. ;)
