Hi there. No, I did not get implantation bleeding when I got pregnant with my son. None of my friends ever got it with their pregnancies, either. The only bleeding I had during pregnancy was when I was about 5 weeks pregnant and my husband and I had sex. My cervix was in the process of changing (which is normal) and we bumped it and it caused spotting. I got my positive test about 1-2 days after my missed period, and my cycles are 26 days or so. I did however feel it when my boy implanted. It felt like a really sharp pinch. My grandma said the same thing happened to her when she conceived my uncle. Good luck to you!
