Question

I need advice

So my DH and I have been trying to conceive for one year. I got diagnosed with pcos 4 months ago. I have been on clomid for the last three months. I've used opk and temp charting so I'm pretty sure when I ovulate. This month I've also tried preseed. my progesterone level was 63 this month and I had 4 large follicles (seen by u/s) so I am pretty sure clomid is working for me. I am on CD28 right now and I took a hpt this morning (first response) and it was BFN. My question is what else can I be doing to help me conceive?

Good Morning,

I have PCOS as well. What has helped me the most is cutting down on carbs and sugars. Eating less breads, pastas, sweets, and sugary drinks has helped regulate my cycle a lot more. I also try to drink more water and eat more fruits/veggies. Best of luck!
