Whats are differences between IB and AF?

I am 2 days before my AF and 12 DPO. I have terrible abdominal cramps and started bleeding. It started this morning like spotting, but know it looks like my AF just arrived 2 days early. What are the differences between one and the other? Can I still be Preg?

Implantation bleeding/spotting should be as heavy as a regular flow. If your temping/ charting you should see that your temps stay elevated above coverline even during this time. If your still concerned, then I would suggest testing to rule out pregnancy.
