This sounds weird ...if the blood doesn't come from the cervix then where does it come from. What did they say?
Do you have any PMS cramps? I miscarried 17 days ago with horrible PMS cramps....

Dropping the hcg levels is not good though. Perhaps you should do another u/s. Good luck x

.....I ended up having a ectopic with similar symptoms, my cervix was closed and my hcg went from 290-250 then just stayed there for a week before it went down to 170 and they ended up having to surgically remove it from my right tube. I'd go back to the hospital in a day or two, or if they bleeding gets heavier/passing clots or if they cramping is worse.

Unfortunately, once your hCG drops, it's pretty much the end of the pregnancy. Some women will not m/c immediately, but it's inevitable.

Wow. First of all, I'm sorry for your miscarriage.

I miscarried 6 times, 2 at 9 wks and 1 after 13 wks!
The only one I was put on 'light duty' was for the 13 wk one.

Another pregnancy, I felt pregnant. 1st pregnancy since having my son 6 years earlier. AF was a couple days late but lasted 7-8 days so I took a test and it was positive. The hcg was at 90 which confirmed mc. Went to my OBGYN 3 days later. hcg was at 23. =(

Unfortunately, I had another pregnancy that at 4 wks my hcg was 370 but a week later, the hcg was 240. I mc at 7 wks. I kept hope. Searching online for anything to give a bit of hope that it would somehow turn around. But...the levels just kept dropping.
