Could I be still pregnant?

Hi Everyone - My period was due the 5th May. I took a hpt test that morning and came out positive. On the 6th May I went for a HCG blood test and the level read 8.8. I went for another HCG blood test on the 9th May and the level read 2.1. I still don't have a period. My mind and body is confused? Could I still be pregnant or waiting for a period? My symptoms are bloatness and sensitive nipples.
