Early pregnancy symptoms at 4dpo?

I am experiencing extreme fatigue, sore lower back, small, achey, dull twinges/cramps. I am 4 DPO (CD18)

Could these be early pregnancy symptoms/implantation symptoms or am I being crazy?

gurrrlll....I am 5dpo and my bb's are already a 1/2 size bigger....I just made a post about knowing it's too early, but EVERY time i've been pregnant I have had symptoms this early EVERY TIME!!! Baby dust to both of us :)
