Pregnancy or AF?

I am one of those crazies that are obsessed with TTC:). I am 7dpo today, ( I know, really TOO early to tell) I usually have a 28-30 day cycle and usually ovulate on day 14. With that being said, how soon do mentrual cramps start? My bbs are really sore, and i have slight sometimes more moderate cramps in my lower abdomen. Can this be due to AF? PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK:)
